A structured 3-session skin program that uses a concentrated preparation of your own platelets — paired with microneedling in every session — to support your skin’s natural renewal.
Over roughly 12 weeks, each visit combines a microneedling treatment with your own platelet-rich plasma. Sessions are spaced about four weeks apart, and changes build gradually as your skin renews — no rush, no synthetic substances, no overpromising.
Because PRP is autologous — made from your own blood — no foreign substance is injected. Just your own biology, concentrated and put back to work.

Platelets are rich in growth factors — the signals your body already uses to repair skin. PRP concentrates them, and microneedling helps deliver them where they matter.
Taken in-clinic at the start of your session, much like a standard blood test.
Your sample is spun in a centrifuge to separate the plasma and concentrate the platelets — several times richer than whole blood.
Microneedling creates thousands of micro-channels and provides its own collagen stimulus — a complete treatment in itself.
The concentrated plasma is then applied to the treatment area — typically as a series of small injections — so both treatments work as one.

Swelling, redness, tenderness and bruising can occur at both the blood-draw and treatment sites. These usually settle within a few days, and most people return to normal activities within a day or two.
Less common risks include infection and prolonged swelling or bruising. Sterile, single-use equipment and careful screening at your consultation are used to reduce these risks.
Who it may not suit: PRP is not appropriate with certain blood or platelet disorders, some medications, active infection, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. A consultation is required to assess your individual suitability. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome can be promised.

The plan includes three combined PRP + microneedling sessions spaced about four weeks apart. At each visit, a small sample of your blood is prepared in a centrifuge and the concentrated plasma is applied during your treatment. The plan is designed around how skin actually renews — gradually, over weeks.
A numbing cream is applied before treatment, and the blood draw feels much like a standard blood test. Everyone’s comfort level is different, so your practitioner checks in with you throughout the session.
Expect redness, mild swelling or tenderness for 24–48 hours, and possible bruising at the draw or treatment sites. Most people return to normal activities within a day or two. Full aftercare instructions are provided at every session.
PRP works with your skin’s own renewal cycle, so any changes are gradual — typically emerging over the weeks following each session — and vary from person to person. Your week-12 review looks at your baseline and progress photos together. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome can be promised.
Adults with mild to moderate concerns like uneven tone, texture, dullness, under-eye changes or acne scarring, who prefer a gradual, natural-looking approach. A consultation is required to assess whether PRP is appropriate for your skin and goals.
PRP is not appropriate with certain blood or platelet disorders, some medications, active infection, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Your consultation includes screening for these, and we will tell you honestly if another approach would serve your skin better.
All consultations and treatments are performed by Kirra Plant Williams, AHPRA Registered Nurse (Reg. No. NMW0002582884), in partnership with Fresh Clinics for medical oversight.
